Abstract In history, people with a high level of education have had a good living standard. The education is responsible for: structure of consumption, public health, standard of living. When the education level decreases occurring phenomena that manifest in today's Romania: snobbery extremely expensive and spread; the society appear ill at large percentages of people; poor health services; corruption is expanded and public money is not used in the interests of community. Further reasoning leads us inevitably to the dissolution of the society and a possible disappearance or change of state. Not ruled out the option of a totalitarian society.

Abstract There are a lots of conflict going on in the world right now. One of this conflict we are put into discussion here, is the battle for supremacy in the internet, the battle between privacy and security. We are changing fundamentally the way we are doing things till the Internet era arrive. Every data that we use online became a product. There is no more private information, everything became public with or without the population will. There are also a lot of discussion about who have a greater power on the Internet, government, companies, hackers, criminals, terrorists, or others. Unfortunately the neuter population is catch in the middle of this battle.

Distinct photophysical behavior of nucleobase adenine and its constitutional isomer, 2-aminopurine, has been studied by using quantum chemical methods, in particular an accurate ab initio multiconfigurational second-order perturbation theory. After light irradiation, the efficient, ultrafast energy dissipation observed for nonfluorescent 9H-adenine is explained here by the nonradiative internal conversion process taking place along a barrierless reaction path from the initially populated 1 (ππ* L a ) excited state toward a low-lying conical intersection (CI) connected with the ground state. Steady-state and time-resolved emission studies on nanohybrids consisting of NaYF4:Yb,Er and a diiodo-substituted Bodipy (UCNP-IBDP) show that the Yb(3+) metastable state, formed after absorption of a near-infrared (NIR) photon, can decay via two competitive energy transfer processes: sensitization of IBDP after absorption of a second NIR photon and population of Er(3+) excited states.
Considerations on the Advantages and Disadvantages of Romania's Accession to the European Union

Abstract After nine years from Romania's accession to the European Union, the advantages are sustained with specific statistical markers, which could have been more positive if the effect of certain identified causes (reduced administrative ability, political instability, extended corruption, high tax evasion etc.) would have been diminished. Counterbalancing the benefits of the accession the opinion polls show the disadvantages. We investigated the ability of energy expenditure, movement sensing, and muscle activity to discriminate sedentary and non-sedentary activities in children. Thirty-five 7–11-year-old children participated in the study. Simultaneous assessment of oxygen uptake (V̇O2), triaxial accelerometry, and thigh muscle electromyography (EMG) were performed during eight different sedentary and non-sedentary activities including lying down, sitting-, standing-, and walking-related activities, which were performed in a random order.
